Our Staff
At Comfort Haven, we believe exceptional care begins with exceptional people. Our team is made up of compassionate, trained, and experienced professionals who share one goal: helping every resident feel safe, respected, supported, and at home.
Our caregivers and clinical team understand that no two residents are alike. Each person comes to Comfort Haven with their own story, routines, preferences, abilities, and care needs. That is why we take a person-centered approach, getting to know the individual—not simply the services they require.
Whether a resident needs assistance with everyday activities, medication management, mobility, personal care, enhanced services, or additional support related to memory loss or dementia, our team is here to provide care with patience, dignity, compassion, and respect.

Our staff receive training appropriate to their roles and the residents they serve, with an emphasis on safety, communication, dignity, and quality care. Team members working with our Memory Care residents are prepared to provide the additional understanding, consistency, and reassurance that can be especially important for individuals experiencing dementia or other forms of memory loss.
Just as importantly, we look for people who genuinely enjoy caring for others. A warm smile, a familiar face, sitting down for a conversation, sharing a laugh, or noticing that someone needs a little extra reassurance can make all the difference.
